There are no refunds on NetZoom purchases. However, if you purchased the incorrect
equipment library and wish to exchange it for a different library, you must do so
within 30 days of the original purchase date. In addition, NetZoom Media Pack and
Professional customers requesting an exchange must return library media (DVDs).
Once it is received, the replacement media will be shipped.
