  • How do I access NetZoom Products and Services?
    • The Customer Service Portal is your one stop resource for: downloading NetZoom products and other published documentation, configuring My Library, accessing Online Training and Support Materials, submitting Shape Requests, and opening Support Tickets.

  • Is the product price a one-time fee or a subscription?
    • NetZoom software is licensed as an annual renewable subscription service. Once the subscription expires, you must renew the subscription to continue to access the service and use the software.

  • Can I purchase a multi-year License?
    • Yes, you can purchase NetZoom Visio Stencils subscriptions for 90 days, or one, two or three years.

  • How do I request a price quote for NetZoom Visio Stencils?
    • To request a quote or to place an order, please contact the NetZoom Sales department at Sales@VisioStencils.com or call 630-281-6464 (USA/Central Time Zone).

  • What credit cards are accepted for payment?
    • NetZoom accepts VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards.

  • Do you accept wire transfer payments?
    • Yes, call 630.281.6464 (Central Time Zone, USA) or write an email to Sales@VisioStencils.com to receive wire transfer information. When ordering, you must send a copy of the bank wire transfer receipt along with the order.

  • Do you accept Purchase Orders?
    • Yes, purchase orders are accepted from authorized Resellers and Distributors, Educational Institutions of repute, State and Federal government agencies, large corporations and companies located in United States and Canada ONLY. Payment terms are NET 30 days. An authorized purchase order must be attached with the order form.

  • What payment options are available for International orders?
    • All International orders must be pre-paid using one of the following methods: Credit Card, Wire Transfer or Check.

  • Who is responsible for VAT, custom duty and other taxes?
    • Purchases may include sales tax based on the ship-to address. Sales tax, if applicable, will be at the rate in effect at the time of purchase. We will only charge sales tax in states where such taxes apply. Customers are responsible for any other taxes such as VAT, custom duty, etc. if applicable. If you are Tax Exempt, please include the Tax Exempt document along with your order.

  • Where do I find the EULA?
    • Your purchase and use of NetZoom Visio Stencils is subject to your acceptance of the product End User License Agreement (EULA). A copy of the EULA is available at: https://service.netzoom.com.

  • What services and benefits are included with my NetZoom Visio Stencils subscription?
    • All subscriptions to NetZoom come with our world-class services and support. They include the following benefits offered during the term of a valid subscription:

  • What are the benefits of the NetZoom Visio Add-in?
    • The NetZoom Visio Add-in is a companion desktop product that, once installed, resides in your Visio menu bar and enables quick and convenient access the exact stencil you need from your "My Library" using the Add-ins search interface. Simply search the stencils you need from "My Library" and drag and drop them into your drawing.

      The NetZoom Visio Add-in comes with a Rack Builder template that doubles your productivity when creating rack elevations by enabling you to create both sides of the rack at the same time.

  • What does "Free Updates" mean?
    • As long as your subscription is valid, you may download updated stencils from the NetZoom Visio Stencils library at any time for no additional charge.

  • How can I register my subscription?
    • Go to https://service.netzoom.com in your browser.


      Click on the "Register" Link.


      Fill out the Registration Form then click on the [Register] button at the lower right corner of the form.


      You will receive a confirmation email where you need to click on the link to verify your email address.


      To ensure that you receive our e-mails, please add Support@VisioStencils.com, Sales@VisioStencils.com and

      Info@VisioStencils.com to your list of trusted e-mail addresses.


      If you do not receive this e-mail, please check your SPAM folder to ensure that the email was not filtered.


      Once you have completed the registration process, you may access the Online Customer Service Portal for reference materials, downloads, or to place service requests.

  • How do I know when my subscription expires?
    • You can check the expiration date for your subscription on the Customer Service Portal located at: https://service.netzoom.com by visiting My Subscriptions on the Profile menu.

  • Can I use NetZoom Visio Stencils on more than one computer?
    • A single license allows you to download and use NetZoom Visio Stencils on up to two computers if you are the sole user of the stencils on those computers. To use NetZoom Visio Stencils on additional computers, you must purchase additional licenses.

  • Can I distribute NetZoom Visio Stencils to my customers or co-workers?
    • No. Since a NetZoom Visio Stencil subscription is a single-user license, each user must have their own NetZoom Visio Stencils subscription to use the stencils in their own drawings or diagrams.

      NetZoom Visio stencils and shapes must not be extracted from diagrams, shared, copied, modified, distributed, or sold for commercial purposes. Please read the End-User License Agreement for more information.

  • Can I bundle NetZoom shapes into another application?
    • A separate license from NetZoom is required to include any portion of NetZoom software, shapes, stencils or NetZoom related components with any other program or software. Please contact Sales@VisioStencils.com or call 630-281-6464 (USA/Central Time Zone) for more details.

  • What are the system requirements for NetZoom Visio Stencils and what version of Microsoft Visio is required?
    • There are no special system requirements for NetZoom Visio Stencils. You can use NetZoom Visio Stencils with the 32-bit or 64-bit a version of Microsoft Visio (2016 or 2013) on your Windows machine.

      If you plan to use the NetZoom Visio Add-in, you will need to download the corresponding 32-bit or 64-bit version of the installer that matches your installed Microsoft Visio version. You will need administrative rights on the machine to install the add-in.
